Frosted & Clear

I used this light in 2 places. In my entryway & the hall. The interesting thing about this fixture is the sides are frosted, but the bottom is swirled glass & it’s clear. It improves how much light you actually get.

Beautiful fixture at a reasonable cost

Beautiful light looks great in my small 12x14 living room. I had dimmer switch and it really makes difference because with 3 60 w bulbs it is quite bright and I like to lower the light for mood at evening parties. it is more a MCM look than anything else and I really enjoy the light that comes to the sides through the milk glass scalloped shade, and then the more intense light downward through he prismatic shade (which is really very attractive.) I'm very pleased.

The light fixture looks nice, but assembly is too complicated. Changing light bulbs is a 2 person job just to take the fixture apart without breaking it.

I like the light. It is a pain to install- it took two of us on ladders to get the glass shade and base installed and I'm not looking forward to removing and reattaching the base to change out bulbs. The base piece of glass attaches with the bottom metal ring- a tension ring that you have to tighten with a knob that is not really in the photos (there is one but of a different style light). The knob is not huge but it's not small and I find it a little visually disruptive. Attaching a photo and you can decide for yourself before purchasing.
