Great stool, tough assembly

Stool quality is fantastic! They look great, smooth swivel, and hold up well with kids. They wipe clean easily and are comfortable. I only rated 4 stars due to the assembly. I’ve ordered these twice (months apart) and all have been a pain to assemble. The holes are all off and you need power tools, strength and a lot of patience to get them assembled.

Gorgeous bar chairs! White is bright white! Super plush and comfy! I've received so many compliments! They were difficult to put together but worth it!!

Instructions. All of the pieces should have had a letter labeled on it for installation. Once it was put together I loved it. However, it was not easy because the instructions were not good.

Amazingly beautiful barstools.

Don't hesitate to pull the trigger. These stools actually surpassed my expectations for quality and aesthetics. Follow the guidance provided by other reviews and instructions on assembly steps.

You get what you pay for.

Seats were stained along edges: we were missing a washer in hardware: the wrench was long and difficult to use: the pre-drilled holes did not line up. This made the experience of assembly awful. They are comfortable.

Beautiful addition to our dining area

These counter height swivel stools were just what I was looking for. Great quality for the price. Took a little longer to put together than expected.

Lots of work to put together

My husband spent one whole day putting 4 bar stools together due to the location of the screws and the number of pieces. They are gorgeous and comfortable but be prepared to do a lot of assembly.

Do not order these bar stools! The assembly is absolutely horrendous! My husband and I have put together many pieces of furniture from many different sites; and these are by far the worst! As a matter of fact - we are sending them back. The instructions are awful. They are not worth the aggravation, and the cost of shipping to send back. Very poor experience.

We love these stools, and we're giving this initial Houzz experience 5 stars, even though the stools came with some damage. The reason is that Houzz made it right for us, quickly and politely--great customer service. We will shop with Houzz often.

These chairs are well built and work great. Easy to clean, bright white leather. Very comfortable. Easy to put together. Unfortunately, the bright white didn't go with our kitchen island.
