absolutely love the mirror, purchased two to flank a fireplace and they are substantial, really make the room feel a lot bigger and we get a ton of compliments...expensive but worth it

Horrible service
I ordered this mirror over a month ago and still have not received it. I called customer care 2 times already. Every time I was told the tracking number is incorrect, and all they can advise is that I call back again. Very frustrating!
