Love the design, but the quality is poor (sheds a lot). A few days after putting it down and then after I vacuum, it looks like this.

There are 3 significant fold marks still in the rug. We unrolled. vacuumed and steamed as you suggested, they have not come out. I am not bringing this back to the store or to FedEx, you will need to send FedEx or other carrier to my address to get this and send me a replacement. I went thru the return and I stopped filling it in when you wanted me to agree to pay for both rugs if the defective one is not returned in 30 days.
