Material seems cheap. Color is a little darker than picture. You get what you pay for. We will put it in foyer so not worried if kids ruin it.
Disappointment
I bought this rug after a long period of research. When the rug arrived, I was delighted. The color & quality looked just right. It didn't take long to realize why the rug was selling for less. The rug had a permanent crease in the middle that couldn't be erased regardless what we did. We tried taping it to the floor in various ways, but the crease remained. We suspect the crease came from being folded in half and stored that way long-term. The rug is dangerous to use due to the crease.

We ordered this rug and a short runner to match. Dellivery was prompt and the rugs are beautiful. Color is just like on the website. I would buy again.

Finally Found a Rug
We had a rug we loved in front of the sink in the kitchen. 22 years later it had top be replaced. We searched for the right red and the right size and the right pattern - for about 4 years - no luck. When we found this rug with all of the features that an old married couple, with different tastes, could agree upon, we hoped it would be as good as the picture showed. It was. We are both very happy with the color and the pattern and the comfort - everything. We are happy to have found Rugs Direct.

Have Owned This Rug for 14 Years
I've owned this rug for 14 years and it is as beautiful as the day we got it with minor flaws now in the fringe. When I purchased it my children were small, now grown, and it is still the centerpiece of the living room. Well worth it.
This is No Home Improvement Store Rug
I wish I could afford a fancy-schmancy hand knotted Persian rug, but this rug is an excellent substitute - MUCH better quality than a rug purchased from a home improvement store. This was my first time ordering from Rugs Direct and could not be more pleased. Even though there was an UPS snafu in the rug's delivery, it was quickly rectified by customer service. I have since ordered another rug from Rugs Direct.

I love the red and navy colors in this rug. I usually buy Karastan and after seeing it in the room I didn't feel it was worth the cost. I decided to return it the very next day. They were very pleasant to deal with and have a beautiful selection of rugs but I would have to be 100% sure before ordering again.
