not the same as the hotel

i was expecting the same level of softness and stability. it is soft, but too soft and seems to collapse. Not the dream pillow i thought it would be! deciding whether to return it or not.

Game Changer

We found the brand at a hotel where I had my best nights sleep in years. I researched the pillows and ordered them. I have neck, back, shoulder issues. I went from sleeping on a rolled up towel and struggling to the best pillow I’ve ever had after trying probably 30 different ones over the years. I tried the goose and regular down and they are both great. OP
