The product did not resemble the online photo. Customer service was polite and timely.. The quality was good , we are familiar with the brand.
Like it, but would like it more without the smell.
The rug is beautifully designed. I was hoping the weave would be a little tighter, as the rug I received appears to be large scraps of fabric woven together. There are some loose strings and I did find a few hard chunks of what seems like dried glue. It's incredibly difficult to find anything made of 100% cotton, and I do like the rug. That said, the rug is for my young son's room and smelled kind of horrible after unrolling. Since it is a 9'x'12' rug, and very heavy, the only option was to unroll it in his room as it would be extremely difficult to roll back up and move again. We've been opening the windows to air it out for the past few days but the smell has yet to dissipate. That's not really the rug's fault, but just something to keep in mind if you're buying a large rug that's been rolled up for a long time and plan to use it immediately.

This rug was a big disappointment. The colors are not vibrant as pictured but more faded. The rug appears old and used. The fabric is loose and will need to be constantly trimmed. I do not recommend this rug.
More of a rag rug
I was a little disappointed in this rug as it looks like a hooked rug in the pictures and it is more of a rag rug. I don't feel like it will hold up as well as others from Safavieh.
Blue blends
It is a heavy substantial rug. I expected there to be wider white stripes, however, it is beautiful and the non slip pad cuts to fit perfectly. All the blues blend or match my living room, and hall rugs. Very pleased.

I like this rug. The colors are as they appear in the picture. My only complaint is it's mostly cotton, so it's really hard to clean. Any water or liquid on it is instantly absorbed. It looks nice though

Great rug at a greater price. Purchased a couple of years ago this rug has worked very well in my entryway. The colors add a pop in an otherwise monotone foyer. The chevron pattern is a great complement to my transitional decor.
