I love this light however this is the second one I have received and installed and that has fallen from the ceiling! Luckily no one was under it when it fell. I am currently waiting for the seller to reply to my message about this second light falling from the ceiling

Not for outside unless you don't expect wind
We purchased this light for our covered front porch of our newly remodeled midcentury home. It was perfect and really brought the whole look together at least that was until the first windy day. All of the rods that hold this thing together began to turn in the wind, eventually unscrewing the rods that attach it to the ceiling of our porch. That day we caught it just in time before it came crashing to the ground. My husband and I decided to glue the rods so that it would not happen again. We forgot the one connection between the light and the first connecting down rod. Yesterday (another windy day) I was sitting inside and heard a loud crash. I found my brand new light in pieces on the ground completely unrepairable. Thankfully it did not fall on anyone. Unfortunately I did not purchase this with my Home depot login so I can't locate the receipt. I guess lesson learned to NEVER buy a light from this manufacture again.
Big price and wait time, little quality
Ordered this in hopes it was everything we wanted. Unfortauntely, after a day of troubleshooting, could not get the unit to power up a single light bulb. Really disappointed. The unit appears to be of good quality but simply wouldnt work
