The counter stools are absolutely beautiful. They arrived well packaged without any damage. My only complaint was with the customer service department. I saw conflicting reviews about whether they were fully assembled or not. I called and was told they were fully assembled and also received an email confirming they would be arriving assembled. So to my surprise they arrived in two pieces. Assembly was very easy but the information they gave was incorrect.
