I love my new chair, assembly was fairly easy to do probably took me less then 20 min to get together, I wasn't to sure how to attach the padding but found out it nails right on. It's a very comfortable chair, and I love the fact that it rotates it makes getting out of it easy. It goes with all my home decor.
The package arrived with no visible damage but the chair had a crack, what appeared to be a stain and what looked like a blood smear on it right out the box! The instructions were pretty clear but all the screws, nuts and bolts all came in the same plastic bag with out any labels telling which was which so you just had to figure it out. Not very difficult to do but they usually are labeled. The chair is nice once put together and the swivel part is already put together and is durable but the footrest DOES NOT seem durable AT ALL! Mine appeared to be used so I was not at all pleased with the appearance
