Comfortable chairs and good looking, However, one arrived damage at the top with cracks in it.

Comfortable chair

This chair is beautiful but it does chip very easily the paint and it’s not solid, several chairs came cracked when delivered and of course customer service was great and replaced them immediately but I realized they are hollow

Unfortunate

Do not buy this item! I purchased 3 of them a few months ago and the quality is terrible. I am beyond disappointed inthe craftsmanship of these chairs. Simply by wiping them down with a terry cloth towel, the paint finish is removed. One of the chairs has a hairline crack that just keeps getting bigger.The color has completely come off on two of the chairs (the ones we use the most) at the bottom, where the feet rest. And also where the elbows rest.Unfortunately Magnolia is very strict on their "30 Day Return Policy".I will no longer purchase from Magnolia, not only because of this experience but also because they weren'treally willing to help me. Magnolia needs to resort to better Manufacturers!I expected a different experience with Magnolia.
