Some of the dishes are crooked, don't sit flat. Macy's uses AI to talk to customers so there is no way to resolve the problem

Absolutely love the ability to order dishes online and have them delivered to my home with no problems.

I first set, came with a broken and customer service quickly remedied by sending me a new one ASAP! Excellent customer service and quality items 

Love these classic dishes. Very affordable, decent quality and cute colors! Easily replaceable, piece by piece. Always on sale somewhere.

All but one of the dishes arrived in perfect condition. Hopefully a replacement of the salad plate will be forthcoming. I love the dishes and have always been happy with my Wayfair purchases.

Macy's had Fiesta Ware and was very happy

I have always loved Fiesta Ware. Been around for decades. Over the years I have had other place settings, but when I saw my neighbors Fiesta Ware she had for years, it made me want to get some again. Macy's was very efficient in shipping and it came beautifully packed and am loving using it.

I am in love with Fiesta Ware and probably because I grew up with it. I love the scarlet color. I was shocked when I saw that Macy’s had what I wanted. I wish I could find the mugs though. I understand that they are very hard to find! Thank you Macy’s.

The dishes are beautiful! I ordered a set of blue and a set of green to mix and match. The dishes arrived promptly. I’m always fearful of ordering dishes because they are often broken. However, I was so impressed with the way the dishes were packed. No broken dishes and no chips.

Beautiful and Classic! I owned this 20 years ago and circled right back! So dependable and I love that it is lead free - my others were not sadly. I also LOVE the mugs and have added a few other additional pieces. I look forward to collecting again!!!

My mother had fiesta ware, I have had fiesta ware in the past, too. Very glad to order new fiesta ware for my new place.

Extremely Disappointed

We were proud of owners of beautiful Fiesta Ware for many years. However, we recently purchased 2 12-PC Classic Dinnerware sets for our new home. The dinner plates are warped and look terrible in our display. They rock and do not stack well. I've spent many hours with Macy's "Customer Service" requesting refunds due to over billing and finally received a credit weeks later. Very disappointed in the quality of the dishes and the terrible communication and customer service from Macys.
