Very Nice Rug
I'm very happy with the rug. It's pretty and is well-made. The pile is just right. Not flat, but not "shag". It came rolled, not folded, so it laid flat except for a few "waves" on the ends. But those are already relaxing. No strong odors. A good purchase. But be aware that the Lowes "get it by" date is not true. Mine was a couple of days late and when I called Lowes to inquire, I was told that since it was coming from "a third party", Lowes has nothing to do with the shipping. On the Lowes site, it showed "shipped". Untrue. In fact, when I finally got a FedEx tracking number, that showed that the shipping label hadn't even been made until the date it was supposed to be delivered to my home. The Lowes customer service person acknowledged that their site was not accurate and it has not in fact shipped. Just be aware.
Very Nice Rug
I'm very pleased with this rug. It's as pretty as the photos in its description. It came rolled (not folder, yay) so just the ends have a bit of "wave" in them. I expect they will relax after a few days. The rug is a nice thickness. Not shag but not flat. I did buy a pad to go under it because I wanted a little bit of cushion. Now, the shipping from Lowes was a big challenge. Do NOT believe the "get it by" date on their website. Completely false. Fantastic size and quality for the price. With a good thick rug pad it feels much higher end than it is. Lovely pattern. Be aware the cream has a sort of gray shading interspersed with it (see pics) up close,but not an issue at all for the overall look!
