A Winner. Softens the Mood in the Room and Perfect for High-Traffic Areas

I have had this rug for a year, and it's still in perfect condition. I ordered it for my study, which gets a lot of through-traffic. The color and pattern soften the heavy look of the dark moulding on the walls, and it gives the room a whole new mood.

Perfect blend of colors

I’m obsessed with this rug. It perfectly matches my decor, which I didn’t even know what that was until I saw this. I had an ivory/black/tan thing going but the pink is this rug ties it all together and adds a pop of color. Could not have found a better look.

Customer Satisfaction is NOT a Priority.

I purchased a rug from this website for what I believed at the time to be a good price. However, what was pictured on the website, and what I got, were not exactly the same. The “rose” color online was a deeper shade, and the accenting color appeared to be black. I of course was unable to confirm that as the description only mentioned the main color of rose. Once I received the rug, it was very pale pink and what I thought was black, was actually navy blue. This is not what I thought I was ordered based off the limited information the website provides. Although the website does say that the buyer was responsible for return shipping, I reached out to the sellers and explained the discrepancies between what I received and what they show only (and provided pictures) – they denied allowing me to ship it back on them and then sent me an email with all the rules you must follow in order to return. If you don’t include (this) or don’t do (that), if the shipping company damages your rug, ect… you are not guaranteed a refund or a 20% fee will be taken from your return amount. Do I understand some of it, sure, but it seems excessive to me.

Great or just okay, depending on needs and expectation

This rug is okay, but that would really vary a lot depending on what you're expecting and what you were hoping to use it for. Definitely looks and feels a lot cheaper in person than in the pics - the price was pretty low for the size but based on the Loloi full price I was still a little surprised. Not soft at all. Very stiff, not sure if that'll change with more time or not - shapes and folds relatively easily, which is nice and also annoying. On the one hand, some raised areas have been easy to flatten by putting something there for just a few days; on the other hand, I had to move some stuff and partially rolled it up and it was only like that for a few hours and when I unrolled it you'd think I had folded it with creases and left it like that for weeks. It seems ok now but be careful how you roll or store it. On the other hand, delivered without issues and packaged well, no weird moisture or odors, rug arrived nice and clean, no shedding.
