I’m really using them more for decoration in a landing. We really haven’t sat in them long enough to really judge them.

I wanted a low-back chair to sit in front of one of my bookshelves, so this chair is pretty much exactly what I wanted. It's very small, and gives no back support, so it's really for aesthetics or small people. The color is more gray in person versus the more taupe color it pulls online.

Chair is missing legs, service is awful

The chair is fine except that it arrived with no legs in the box. It has been very frustrating:1. trying to get in touch with Lulu and Georgia - could not find any phone number and the “messaging” option is just submitting a ticket2. Having them respond and understand me- I’ve asked 4 times now for the legs to be ordered over the past couple weeks. Had to submit 3 separate tickets because my responses to existing tickets were ignored.This was my first purchase from this company. If you buy from them, better hope you don’t need any support!
