Updating this review to 5 stars. I love this chair. Be aware that the lighting makes a huge difference in the color. The chair is beautiful, but I initially thought it looked like a plum color (delivered and opened at night) and gave it a 3 stars as a result, but in the light of day it is very true to color.

The chair is really good, just the right amount of firmness. Loved the design. The height of the chair was relatively short than what it was in my mind.

So very beautiful. Low, if that’s a concern, but I’m back to buy a matching one.

Beautiful wood and suede chair. Definitely recommend spraying the fabric with Scotch Guard prior to use.

These chairs are very high quality. I’m usually skeptical of quality of things online but both the actual materials used and how this piece was constructed was great. They give a very sophisticated look to our space and know they are going to last for years and years. PS we have cats and they haven’t tried once to touch the velvet!

I love this chair, it’s great quality and was packaged very well. It’s relatively comfortable for an accent chair like this. Zero complaints.

Splurged on this and wasn’t disappointed. Love the visual impact of this chair. It’s comfy too (but has a low back so not a chair you’d sit in to lounge). Sturdy. Arrived assembled. The rich color is gorgeous and the perfect color accent to reddish brown elements in the rug and paintings on the wall. Good color to accent neutrals or brown palettes.

The chair arrived with two missing furniture glides (plastic leg protectors). I found the two missing ones in the box outside of the packaging which means that they were thrown in there knowingly after the fact. And they are unusable as you can see (one nail bent and another tore up). Very disappointing for a $600 chair. Also, the wood also some small defects. The chair is very pretty and a great size for a small apartment but not sure how long it's going to last. Doesn't seem worth the price tag. I feel ripped off.

I fell in love with this chair the first time I saw it online. I fell even harder in love in person.
