Hate these rugs so much! They look nice, from a distance, (only reason for 2 stars) if you could keep them from rolling up on the sides. We’ve had these 3 rugs for 2 months now and have been unsuccessful with keeping the edges from flaring up. We have resorted to taping them down in places because our toddlers, and my husband and I, keep tripping over them. They also just look and feel cheap. Extremely disappointed with these.

The quality of the rug is nice, but the beige/blonde areas are more gray than beige in person. We're going to return it because it doesn't match the brighter color scheme that we're going for. All of the colors are more muted than the photos. I tried to take photos but the photos do appear lighter than it is in person.

I was really excited about this rug, but after receiving it, I feel disappointed. One issue is that the rug was rolled up and packaged with one really tight spot in the wrap that caused the rug to cave in rather than be rolled and shipped as an intact cylinder. That created a stretched out spot throughout the entire length of the rug that wont lie flat. The bumps are very noticeable (and trip-able) and I'm guessing it will take a steamer or something of that sort to work them out. It also made getting the rug evenly rolled out and under the legs of the furniture a maddening process. While the obvious choice would be to return it, the package had to be cut off because of the aforementioned tightness and is ruined (the return process requires the packaging to be intact, or for me to purchase a rug shipper from FedEx - I know this because I'm in the process of returning another rug that just didn't work out color-wise but was otherwise great quality...but that one also had packaging too tight to slide the rug out of as required for return). Between the return fee and the rug shipper, it's not worth the loss to return it. The second issue is that, while this design is beautiful and the color scheme is exactly what I was hoping for and adequately reflected in the "southwestern" description, the distressing of this rug is extreme and results in very pastel, muted, blah colors. I will be keeping the rug because I'm already returning the other rug and its such a costly hassle (these rugs are 8x10), but I'm by no means excited anymore. This rug without the destressing would be gorgeous.
