Beautiful and quality piece

So pretty and sturdy! Looks great. I wish the doors had a soft close to them; they bang when my kids open and close them quickly. But otherwise a beautiful piece.

VERY big and quite heavy - I bought this for a long entry hallway and it is perfect. It has beautiful detail on the front with the arched rattan. Positive review for a quality piece. Very well constructed. Lots of room on the inside for storage. Delivery guys were great and truly offer white glove delivery. Happy with my purchase and highly recommend this

Termites

It looks soo beautiful in my home. I always get compliments on it. Unfortunately it came with termites. I haven’t been able to get rid of them and customer service has been no help. I’ve been struggling for a year with this issue. For the price I paid and the amount of time I waited, I shouldn’t have to deal with this. It is now starting to get discolored in the areas that we are constantly spraying to try and get rid of them. They just find a new area to eat thru. Very disappointed with the customer service with this issue.

Beautiful and very heavy piece. The biggest surprisedisappointment was the unit does not have soft close hinges on the doors. For a piece this expensive it was a pretty big let down. Besides that it’s a wonderful large media console.

Incredible Sideboard!

We had been on the hunt for a sideboard for several months, but everything looked too cheap, or too modern or too rustic. This sideboard is a true statement piece and we have received countless compliments from our family and guests. This sideboard looks significantly better in person than in photos.

Tilda Sideboard

I bought 2 sideboards sight unseen so I was nervous I wouldn’t like them. I was not disappointed. It’s a very heavy, well made piece of furniture. The free shipping was an added bonus and the white glove delivery is well worth the extra cost due to the weight of the sideboard. The customer service from Artesanos was excellent and they kept me informed every step of the way.

Quality Issues and Defects

I purchased this sideboard in late 2022 and am finally getting around to leaving this review so that others are aware of some of the quality issues that have come to light. Right from the start, there was patchiness and unevenness to the paint. I should have sent it back but I had already waited 4 months for delivery and was desperate to keep it at the time. The bigger issue was that within several months the wood started to warp and now the doors will not close. I do not live in an environment where furniture would warp due to extreme humidity or dryness, and the sideboard is not full nor are we storing heavy items. No amount of adjusting the hinges or anything else will get the doors to close. I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of the product for the price.
